New Media student promotes film via social media
Student Nicole LaRossi "gets it" when it comes to New Media. This was so evident to
Todd O’Neill, one of her professors, that he referred her to fellow MTSU educator
and filmmaker Dr. Bob Pondillo when he needed a social media coordinator for his film Happy New Year Mr. Kates. She dove in, participating in pre-production meetings and spending days on-set during
production. She's a great example of someone who has the drive to step up to a challenge
and use the theory and practice she learned in the classroom. She also is an event
director, producer, writer, and film enthusiast and minds her own yoga-oriented website
and social media.
